Our blend strives to remind all the high-achiever threes out there that it's okay to choose a break, go within and listen to what your heart is truly longing for. Taking time to self-reflect and process emotions will encourage balance and allow you to be the most authentic and precious version of yourself.
Frankincense: Woody and spicy frankincense creates a safe and comforting environment to process deep and difficult feelings and encourages self care and love.
Sweet Orange: With a light citrus scent, sweet orange or “happy oil” relieves anxiety and restlessness, and promotes a sense of balance.
Bergamot: Calming and soothing bergamot elevates mood and alleviates stress for those moments of rest and reflection.
Aromatic: Apply 4-5 drops to your diffuser and dilute with water. Do not ingest.
Topical: Dilute 3% essential oil with a carrier oil of your choice to desired area. For external use only.
