Balsam Fir: Bright and elevating balsam fir stimulates the mind and relaxes the body.
White Grapefruit: Refreshing white grapefruit nurtures positivity and self-confidence while lightening the mental fog and moodiness. It’s an excellent choice to promote productivity and encourages you to get out of your head.
Spruce: Earthy spruce enhances clarity and openness of the mind by lowering stress and eliminating sluggishness, sadness and mental fatigue.
Aromatic: Apply 4-5 drops to your diffuser and dilute with water. Do not ingest.
Topical: Dilute 3% essential oil with a carrier oil of your choice to desired area. For external use only.
